Cake decorating- now this is more like it. My style. Italian Meringue Buttercream (recipe
here) and 3 layers of 6 inch rounds, plus a few cupcakes. The frosting is a little labor intensive but oh so worth it- light and fluffy with a hint of sweet and no Crisco! It piped like a dream and spread so easy. And it's delicious.
